We have four hotels in central London: Mornington Hotel Hyde Park (Lancaster Gate), Mornington Hotel Victoria (Gloucester Street), Mornington Victor Hotel (Belgravia), and Mornington Hotel Kensington (Earl's Court).

Yes — Mornington Hotels is a family-owned and independently operated hotel group. We are not part of a global chain, which means we have the freedom to offer a more personalised, flexible service to every guest.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00 at all four hotels. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are subject to availability. Luggage storage is available if you arrive before your room is ready.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes — please contact the hotel directly to request early check-in or late check-out. We will always do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability on the day.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate booked. Flexible rates typically allow cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival without charge. Non-refundable rates are available at a lower price but cannot be cancelled or amended. Full terms are shown at the time of booking.

Do you accept group bookings?
Yes — for group bookings of 5 rooms or more, please contact the hotel directly to discuss availability and group rates.

Do all Mornington Hotels have free WiFi?
Yes — complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout all four hotels, including all guest rooms and communal areas.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

How do I get to Mornington Hotel Hyde Park from Heathrow?
Take the Heathrow Express from Heathrow Terminal 2/3 to Paddington Station (approximately 15 minutes), then walk 5 minutes to the hotel. Total journey time is around 20–25 minutes door to door.

How do I get to Mornington Hotel Victoria from Gatwick?
Take the Gatwick Express or Thameslink from Gatwick Airport to Victoria Station (approximately 30 minutes), then walk approximately 10 minutes to the hotel on Gloucester Street.

What is the nearest tube station to each hotel?

Are Mornington Hotels pet friendly?
Mornington Hotels does not accommodate pets, with the exception of registered assistance dogs. Please contact the hotel directly if you require assistance dog accommodation.
